Online seminars include those from the famous Jack Miller as well as other national speakers in the real estate field. Weekly conference calls and special offers are also available to members.

Cashflow Concepts is the official website of the famous Jack Miller. Although Jack has passed, his valuable teachings live on. Jack spent over 45 years as a successful real estate investor in single family houses. He bought, sold, leased, managed, built, exchanged, financed and owned several hundred properties. Many will agree that Jack is the wisest, most creative real estate investor who ever lived.
John Schaub’s courses “Building Wealth One House at a Time” and “Making it Big on Little Deals” talks about the nuts and bolts of investing in single family houses. John advocates paying off debt, owning properties free and clear, and renting only to long term, high quality tenants.
